Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be part of our Corporate Advisory Team, supporting the execution of mid-market M&A transactions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations, information memoranda, and other marketing materials.
  • Supporting the drafting of financial models, including DCF and LBO models, as well as other valuation data sets.
  • Conducting market analysis and drafting ad-hoc reports.
  • Supporting the team in due diligence processes and preparing company and industry profiles.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A strong academic record, preferably with international experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High motivation and a proactive team player attitude.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a solid finance and accounting background.
