Job Title: Strategy Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Director to join our team at Publicis Worldwide in Milan. As a key member of our strategic team, you will be responsible for developing integrated brand strategies and creative briefs, as well as architecting communication strategies and campaign tasks to drive behavior change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement holistic communications planning strategies across channels
  • Work closely with account and creative teams, as well as external and media partners, to develop comms initiatives that drive successful campaigns
  • Be a mentor and line manager to less experienced team members, helping them grow and develop their skills
  • Collaborate with the strategic team to develop and implement integrated brand strategies and creative briefs
  • Work on new business pitches along with creative and account teams

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience with ATL, BTL, Digital, Social campaigns in international agencies and/or for international brands
  • Proven track record of implementing holistic communications planning strategies across channels
  • Knowledge of brand planning and user-centred design methodologies, such as journeys and experience planning
  • Italian mother-tongue with fluent English
  • Great communicative person with strong team work abilities
  • Knowledgeable about the principles of advertising, integrated marketing and media
  • Passionate about culture, trends and motivations in consumer behavior
