We have an opportunity for a Strategy Director – maternity cover and we offer a 1-year temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Create and steward big brand strategies, clearly defining them and building them over multiple campaigns/activities;
  • Be a culture geek and spot cultural opportunities for brands to behave differently, creating new ways to connect with people;
  • Develop inspiring creative briefs and work closely with your creative partner to push the work to the best it can be;
  • Architect communication strategies with the intent to drive behavior change and cultural relevance;
  • Own the strategic vision and creative output for assigned business;
  • Forge relationships with day-to-day clients, including presenting and selling through;
  • Inspire our teams to deliver world-class creative and strategy innovation;
  • Mentor junior team members with the intent of guiding them and helping them grow;
  • Partner with the data and insight team to research and identify opportunities in culture;
  • Be involved in new business

Requirements

You will have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in international agencies and/or for international brands;
  • Mastery of both brand planning and creative strategy, with a focus on cultural strategy;
  • A proven track record of implementing holistic communications strategies;
  • The ability to uncover unique ways of reaching/speaking to consumers that inspires creative;
  • Motivation to continue learning and sharing knowledge;
  • Ideal experience working on campaigns that won strategy awards such as Effie, APG, or IPA
