As a Senior AR Analyst with German expertise, you will play a key role in managing and resolving receivables and payment related queries received from our business customers. Your main responsibility will be to collect cash efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

You will work closely with our local sales and finance management to ensure timely collections and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise. Additionally, you will gain exposure in cross-functional and process improvement projects, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise further.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to present complex financial data to various stakeholders.   • Manage customer liabilities to Amazon - credit collection operations
  • Review and monitor AR Aging Reports and collections targets
  • Act as support and an intermediate between the customer and Amazon Business in order to obtain and settle third party invoices
