About the Role:
Ferrari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indirect Buyer to join our Purchasing Team in Maranello, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing supplier contracts, orders, and services tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management: Perform requests for quotation, negotiate and review technical specifications, and prepare sourcing recommendations for approval.
- Supplier Development: Develop and manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement actions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve disputes and manage claims.
- Commodity Strategy: Contribute to the development of new commodity strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the automotive or high-tech industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment, and fluency in English.
