Job Description

As a Logistic Specialist at Blm Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our logistics centres and customers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, scheduling product sorting, and selecting logistics service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely Shipments: Ensure that shipments are delivered to customers on time, in accordance with agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Product Sorting: Schedule and organize the sorting of BLMGroup products at logistics centres before shipment to customers.
  • Logistics Provider Selection: Select, check, and monitor the quality of logistics service providers, including forwarding agents, couriers, and logistics companies.
Activities
  • Shipments Management: Check and manage shipments and transfers at logistics centres, resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Logistics Process Tracking: Use software systems to track and organize logistics processes.
  • Information Management: Manage the transfer of information to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and production teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in economics or computer science.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B1 level or above).
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with the Office package, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Logistics Experience: Previous experience in the logistics field.
