We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead the implementation of process improvement initiatives at our San Miniato plant. As a key member of our Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing systems, devices, equipment, processes, and procedures to optimize production efficiency, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement technical specifications for manufacturing processes.
- Define industrial characteristics, including capacity, testing cycle time, safety, and repeatability.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and oversee the robotization of stack assembly.
- Design and implement efficient layouts for component feeding and assembly.
- Supervise suppliers based on predefined milestones for industrialization.
- Lead technological transitions of manufacturing leading projects to improve existing processes or implement new ones.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and reduce quality problems by creating clear processes and work standards.
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Engineering and experience in manufacturing, project management, and/or leadership roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interact with local authorities, are essential. Fluency in Italian and business-level English is required, with French being a plus.
