Join KION ITS EMEA as a Local Head for the Benchmark Competence Center

KION ITS EMEA, a leading provider of industrial trucks and intralogistics systems, is seeking a highly skilled Local Head to lead the Benchmark Competence Center in Luzzara. As part of the KION Group, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a team of 2 local workers
  • Ensure adherence to company standards in Luzzara Benchmarking activities
  • Interface with the Luzzara local Benchmark center and ITS Global Benchmarking Center
  • Report to the Luz Local R&D Manager and functionally to the ITS Global Cost Engineering Manager

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial machines construction
  • Familiarity with CAD 3D PSM/PLM and advanced PC HW/SW functionalities
  • Strong team management and international teamwork skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in product benchmarking on Agricultural machines, Earthmoving machines, or Automotive
