What we offer:

KION ITS EMEA is an operating unit of the KION GROUP AG, consisting of the three strong and successful brands Linde Material Handling, STILL and Baoli. Their products are industry leading industrial trucks, intralogistics systems and solutions. As part of the KION ITS EMEA we are looking for Local Head for the new Benchmark Competence Center.

Scope of the role (direct or indirect reports)

Coordination of 2 local workers Assure the respect of the company standards in Luzzara Benchmarking activities Interface the Luzzara local Benchmark center with ITS Global Benchmarking Center Hierarchically report to the Luz Local R&D Manager functionally report to the ITS Global Cost Engineering Manager

Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Skills Required

Team management International / intercultural teamwork ability Prioritization Reporting

Key Competencies

Mechanical / Mechatronìc backround Usage of product life management tools and related SW Knowledge in the field of industrial machines construction and architecture

Qualifications/Experience Required

Essential

3-5 years of experience in the field of industrial machines construction Familiar to the use of CAD 3d PSM/PLM Familiar to the use of advanced PC HW/SW functionalities

Desirable

Experience in the field of product benchmarking on Agricultural machines / Earthmoving machines / Automotive or similar
