About the Role:
  • Job Summary: The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including gathering requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather, manage, and coordinate new and updated graphics & packaging projects for client brand portfolios.
  2. Coordinate pack change processes for all projects, including packaging artwork, artwork amends, repro, proofs, and services provided by SGK.
  3. Manage and maintain project and job status trackers.
  4. Communicate key milestones and critical path timelines to all stakeholders.
  5. Elevate risks to critical path timelines as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Excellent organizational skills and logical approach.
  2. Remains calm under pressure.
  3. Strong knowledge of FMCG print processes and packaging materials.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
  6. Familiarity with FMCG brands and their specific needs.
