Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Tender Specialist, based in Rome, for Karl Storz Italia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all activities related to the preparation and submission of commercial offers for tenders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis and interpretation of tender documents.
- Preparation and coordination of bids in response to tenders.
- Collaboration with internal departments (sales, marketing, legal, etc.) to gather necessary information.
- Monitoring deadlines and managing bid submission processes.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and legal requirements.
- Managing communications with contracting authorities throughout the tender process.
- Preparing reports and post-tender analysis to identify areas for improvement.
The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Law, Economics, or Management Engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical devices sector or a regulated environment.
- In-depth knowledge of tender regulations and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
