La nostra azienda, 'Undisclosed', è un ristorante di alta qualità situato nel cuore di Roma, nella zona di Prati. Cerchiamo un Sous Chef appassionato e talentuoso per unirsi al nostro team.

Descrizione del ruolo: Il ruolo del Sous Chef è quello di aiutare il nostro Capo Cucina a gestire la cucina e a garantire che tutti i piatti siano preparati in modo eccellente. Il candidato ideale dovrebbe avere almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza come Sous Chef e possedere le seguenti competenze:

  • Conservazione delle materie prime: Il candidato dovrebbe essere in grado di conservare le materie prime in modo appropriato per garantire la qualità dei piatti.
  • Gestione delle comande: Il candidato dovrebbe essere in grado di gestire le comande in modo efficiente e veloce.
  • Gestione degli ordini e delle forniture: Il candidato dovrebbe essere in grado di gestire gli ordini e le forniture in modo efficace.
  • Impiattamento: Il candidato dovrebbe essere in grado di impiattare i piatti in modo estetico e appetitoso.
  • Monitoraggio dell'uso dell'attrezzatura da cucina: Il candidato dovrebbe essere in grado di monitorare l'uso dell'attrezzatura da cucina in modo efficiente e sicuro.
  • Rispetto delle porzioni standard: Il candidato dovrebbe essere in grado di rispettare le porzioni standard per garantire che i piatti siano preparati in modo appropriato.

Condizioni di lavoro: Il ruolo è a tempo pieno con possibilità di assunzione. Il candidato selezionato lavorerà in turni variabili, 6 giorni alla settimana, con la possibilità di crescita professionale all'interno della struttura.

Benefici: Gli stipendi mensili netti sono di 1.800€. Pasti inclusi per lo staff.
