Job Title: Italian Language Telesales Specialist

Location: Remote in Greece

Language Requirements: Italian (C2), English (C1)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in Italian to promote our products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Utilize advanced technical knowledge to provide product information and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer engagement strategies and improve sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (C2 level) and proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Proven experience in telesales or customer acquisition roles preferred.
  • Advanced technical skills and ability to learn about our product offerings quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
