Als Marktanalyst (w/m/d) bei IDM Südtirol unterstützt du verschiedene Bereiche bei der Analyse und Entscheidungsfindung. Du bist Teil des Teams Insights & Strategy und bist in engem Austausch mit allen Bereichen der IDM sowie externen Stakeholdern. Die Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Durchführung von quantitativen und qualitativen Studien für Projekte mit dem Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit, Tourismus und Lebensmittel.
  • Erhebung, Analyse und Bereitstellung verschiedenster Daten gemäß Projektanforderung.
  • Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Präsentation der Ergebnisse an interne und externe Stakeholder.
  • Messung der Wirksamkeit durchgeführter Kampagnen.

Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten
Als Marktanalyst (w/m/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Analyse und Entscheidungsfindung in verschiedenen Bereichen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team Insights & Strategy zusammen und bist in Kontakt mit externen Stakeholdern. Die wichtigsten Verantwortlichkeiten sind die Durchführung von quantitativen und qualitativen Studien, die Erhebung und Analyse von Daten, die Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und die Präsentation der Ergebnisse. Darüber hinaus bist du für die Messung der Wirksamkeit durchgeführter Kampagnen verantwortlich.

Zugangsvoraussetzungen
Um diese Rolle zu übernehmen, benötigst du Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse und Präsentation von Daten. Du solltest auch Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von großflächigen Marktumfragen haben. Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind erforderlich, befriedigende Sprachkenntnisse in Italienisch sind wünschenswert. Ein Bachelorabschluss in Wirtschaft, Statistik oder Journalismus ist vorzugsweise erforderlich. Analytisches, datengesteuertes und strategisches Denken, sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift sind wichtige Fähigkeiten für diese Rolle. Erfahrung mit Excel und Powerpoint ist erforderlich, Kenntnisse von R, PowerBi, Python usw. sind von Vorteil.
