Senior Sales Account Director

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Account Executive to expand our presence at ENERGY SOLUTION FOR YOU. You need to lead by example, so closing deals and signing on new partners is the main part of your role. Another important part of the role is building the business with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure company alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead sales strategy and execution for B2B clients.
- Develop market and competitive assessments to identify and drive new opportunities.
- Develop new relationships with industry key executive decision-makers.
- Create a plan to consistently deliver against assigned targets.
- Assess the needs of our clients and gather feedback to improve upon existing products/services.
You will work closely with our Marketing and Customer Success team to develop engaging and relevant digital and printed material to assist in customer acquisition and retention. Additionally, you will lead all data analysis related to B2B sales via CRM extract, analyze data to investigate strategic business challenges or opportunities, identify issues, and deliver data-focused recommendations.
As a successful candidate, you will have:
- 3 to 4+ years of experience in Key Accounting Sales in companies with complex HR B2B selling environments.
- A proven sales track record of closing deals and effective account management.
- Knowledge and experience working with CRMs (Hubspot a plus), marketing automation, cadence tools, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
- Strong project management skills as you'll be working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
