Key Responsibilities- Market Development & Strategy
- Define and prioritize customer needs and challenges, conduct market analysis, and have a continuous and clear view of the competitive landscape.
- Support the definition of Intesa's strategy on the market, including services, selling points, and pricing.
- Define Solutions for Prospects and Customers
- Conduct make or buy analysis, business cases, scouting activities, and define development requirements and priorities.
- Validate the roadmap with the development departments.
- Pre-Sales Activity Support
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams on complex deals.
- Show value in linking services to prospects' needs through deep process knowledge and strong business acumen.
- Sales Materials and Training
- Lead demos, prepare sales decks, feature overviews, training materials, case studies, sales battlecards, and train the salesforce.
- Degree in engineering, economics, science, technology, or equivalent experience.

- Experience with process analysis, sales deck preparation, and sales demos.
- Experience with competitive analysis, user studies, and product data analytics.
- Excellent presentation, demonstration, and writing skills.
- Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to manage big, complex projects across many departments and teams.
- Strong ability to share technical knowledge in English, maintaining an upbeat pace, curiosity, and a positive mindset.
