IT Solutions Architect

Are you ready to turn the challenges of digitalization into the solutions of the future? As an IT Architect at Boston Consulting Group, you will play a crucial role in tackling the core IT issues of leading global companies. You will deploy customized platforms, architectures, strategies, and organizations to leverage the digital potential of our clients and drive true innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate clients' digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies to ensure their success in digital transformation
- Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establishing modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD
- Analyze, develop, and optimize cutting-edge, customized IT architectures, applying comprehensive understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current market developments and trends
- Hold a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline
- Have at least three years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development
- Be familiar with modern tools such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics
- Have broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends
- Be comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts, with flexibility to travel
- Be proficient in understanding and communicating complex topics in both Italian and English
