Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product management strategies for Tier 1/distribution channel customers across Europe for passive components, particularly inductors.
  • Create demand and drive design-ins through market research, technical trend analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop and innovate products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish product strategies for Europe and develop tactics for each customer, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Act as a liaison between the headquarters/factories in Japan and account managers in Europe, facilitating strategic decision-making.
  • Support the sales function during customer meetings and the acquisition of design-ins, providing technical and commercial expertise.
  • Provide daily support for technical and commercial inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Requirements

  • Hold an academic degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Possess experience in Electronics, either on the component or application level.
  • Have experience in technical product marketing, technical sales, or a similar position.
  • Preferably have work experience in the automotive and/or distribution market.
  • Demonstrate a positive work attitude, commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and team spirit.
  • Display a proactive learning attitude regarding products and processes.
  • Be fluent in English and conversational in German.
  • Be willing to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
