About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Health, Safety, and Environment Manager to join our Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a suitable HSE management system across our business unit, aligned with our strategic and operational management needs.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive HSE management system, ensuring alignment with our business unit's strategic and operational objectives.
  2. Manage and support our Global ISO certification program for HSE-related aspects, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  3. Lead the regional HSE Managers community to develop and implement suitable HSE and Sustainability governance models, including internal audit programs, key performance indicators, and training modules for our organization.
  4. Act as the overall HSE and Sustainability Manager for our Power Electronics Global Centers of Competence.
  5. Participate in our Business Unit's HSE and Sustainability Leadership team, supporting the development and implementation of strategic and tactical programs under the leadership of our BU HSE and Sustainability function.

Your Background

  1. University degree in a relevant field.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in HSE, with a strong background in project management, preferably at a global or regional level, in the energy, power, or oil and gas industry.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within and support matrixed leadership and cross-functional teams.
  4. Knowledgeable of ISO, NEBOSH, and IOSH certifications.
  5. Fluent in English, with the ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  6. Availability to be based in any European country where our operations are established.
