About the Role


SC Johnson Professional is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Manager of Global Procurement Finance. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing global business and finance initiatives in partnership with senior management within the Global Procurement and Global Finance organizations.



About the Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global procurement and finance strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage key global business and finance initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Partner with Global and Regional Procurement functions to identify and track annual cost savings opportunities.
  • Support MEA Finance validation for Procurement-led molds and investment at 3rd party manufacturer and supplier locations.
  • Support Commercial Finance on commodity-driven price increase justification.
  • Lead Global Procurement process improvement initiatives and ensure procurement-related controls are in place.
  • Ensure financial controls are in place for signing and executing contracts in accordance with Delegation of Authority agreement.
  • Perform financial assessment of suppliers.
  • Partner to develop, influence, and implement category direct spend strategies.
  • Partner with the Procurement team on key direct and indirect negotiations.
  • Drive and support initiatives to increase AP and Cash value (SCF).


About the Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A (Supply Chain Finance a plus).
  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, and related.
