You will be based in an Amazon Delivery Station, serving as the primary representative to Operations leadership at your location. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to drive Amazon's goal of becoming Earth's best employer.
No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You will help create a positive atmosphere for your colleagues and assist in resolving complex queries.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant experience working with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
- Relevant experience in analyzing data and creating reports for leadership
- Relevant experience in working with confidential and sensitive HR information
While not required, preferred qualifications include knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), experience working with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices, and experience working with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels of seniority.
