Key Responsibilities- Support the commissioning, operation, and maintenance manager in reviewing technical documentation against contractual requirements.
- Develop a maintenance engineering execution plan.
- Collect maintenance-related design data from technical disciplines and suppliers to create a comprehensive plant asset register.
- Prepare the list of maintainable equipment organized hierarchically by functional position.
- Perform equipment criticality analysis to rank items listed in the MEL in view of safety, environment, and production requirements.
- Conduct operability and maintainability reviews.
- Develop maintenance strategies, procedures, and tasks according to OEM data or RCM analysis results.
- Prepare operational performance standards and required documentation for meetings with the company, project team, or vendors.
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of Failure Mode and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) methodology.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project documentation and drawings related to Oil & Gas facilities.
We offer a permanent contract with a salary package commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of MS Office and 3D software applications is required. Naviswork 3D Model software knowledge and RCM certification are considered a plus. The role is based in Milano with the possibility of long-term transfers within the national and international territory.
