Overview
At Davide Campari Milano N.V., we are looking for an innovative and driven individual to take on the role of Master Data Operations Leader. This position is integral to our Global Business Services (GBS) organization, which is dedicated to enhancing our Finance and Supply Chain processes.
Organizational Mission
The GBS unit is committed to delivering exceptional service through a collaborative framework that includes both internal teams and external partners. Our focus is on maintaining high standards of service delivery, ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).
Role Responsibilities
As the Master Data Operations Leader, you will oversee the centralized operations related to Master Data Management, which encompasses Vendors, Customers, Finance, and Materials Master Data. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the quality, completeness, and timeliness of service delivery across all Campari local entities.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external service providers.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives related to Master Data processes, focusing on operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leading integration efforts for new companies, ensuring seamless Master Data Management practices.
Key Relationships
You will collaborate closely with various functions, including Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Internal Audit, Sales & Marketing, Legal, and Tax, to ensure alignment and support for Master Data initiatives.
Professional Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Master Data Management, with proven experience in service delivery and stakeholder management. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to operational excellence are essential.
