The Sales Representative is accountable for driving sales and expanding market presence within designated accounts across a specified European region. This role involves the development and management of contractor relationships while identifying market trends and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and market Franklin Electric's product range, including water pumps, motors, and associated systems.
  • Build and sustain robust client relationships to accurately assess their requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the advantages and features of Franklin Electric offerings.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve customer inquiries and provide precise information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics to strategically position Franklin Electric.
  • Meet and surpass sales objectives by actively seeking and pursuing new business prospects.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate agreements, and finalize contracts to enhance revenue growth.
  • Work alongside the marketing department to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, offering regular insights and recommendations for enhancement.
