- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve customer inquiries and provide precise information.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics to strategically position Franklin Electric.
- Meet and surpass sales objectives by actively seeking and pursuing new business prospects.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate agreements, and finalize contracts to enhance revenue growth.
- Work alongside the marketing department to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales goals.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, offering regular insights and recommendations for enhancement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
