The Role
This pivotal role involves partnering with senior business executives across diverse industry verticals, including insurance, pension funds and traditional asset managers. As part of the established team within one of the world's leading firms, you will drive sales growth by leveraging opportunities within the existing client base and fostering business development activity among non-clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance and leverage relationships with key decision makers across the marketplace.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with prospective clients, creating mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Manage complex sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation and beyond, ensuring exceptional standards throughout.
- Craft and execute a sales strategy to advance penetration of the Aladdin & eFront platform into major institutions.
- Partner with colleagues across the BlackRock organization.
- Incorporate customer insights, motivations and product interests to deliver persuasive client presentations.
- Act as a key stakeholder in the ongoing development of the BlackRock Solutions business, providing feedback and insights to the executive team.
Requirements

- Existing relationships with senior managers in the industry.
- A proven track record of success and exceeding revenue targets.
