About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Management Strategist to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our Adoption, Change and Service Management practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer/Partner Engagement: Work closely with customers and partners to understand their technical environments, identify industry trends, and adapt business models to meet their needs.
  • Architecture Design and Deployment: Leverage a structured approach to architecture projects, using existing methodologies and reference architectures to design and deploy solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with project managers, account teams, and other stakeholders to drive project governance, ensure quality control, and communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Risk Management: Identify, categorize, and communicate business and technical risks, and define risk mitigation activities and contingency plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Practice Development: Generate new and/or improve existing intellectual property, connect gaps and patterns across business and technology areas, and drive the reuse of intellectual property.
  • Trusted Advisor: Develop a network of internal and external relationships with senior-level decision makers, provide direction to facilitate relationships between others, and stay up-to-date on Microsoft's technologies, products, and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, and experience in organizational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
  • OR master's degree in Human Psychology, Organizational Design or Change Management, and experience in organizational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Managing complex organizational change projects or portfolios.
  • Experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on organizational change.
