The ICGEB is seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Assistant to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Officer and ensuring the smooth operation of the HR and Personnel Unit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Officer
  • Coordinating social security and pension, insurance, and HR administration
  • Assisting with recruitment and selection processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of HR principles and practices is essential.

The position is for an initial period of three months, with the possibility of one-year further extensions subject to satisfactory performance.
