Electrification Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Electrification Business team. As an Electrification Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the field of electrification.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining the vision of electrification solutions with a timeframe of three to eight years according to division strategy and customer future needs.
  • Investigating global macrotrends about emerging technologies, applications, and segments to provide strategic recommendations to the ELSP leadership team.
  • Driving innovation strategy and roadmap following trajectories of focus technologies, applications, and segments.
  • Fostering the ELSP ecosystem of key partners and customers to support ELSP innovation initiatives through collaboration.
  • Piloting emerging novel applications and segments through contributions in partner/customer-specific concept solutions.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably electric.
  • PHD in engineering is a plus +5 years working experience in electrical field is preferred.
  • Proven stakeholders management ability, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Agile mindset and experience in an agile working context is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable about electrical applications in emerging fields like microgrids, data centers.
