Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Sicilia. This role involves participating in outside sales activities, customer relationship management, and representing the company's interests to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Identify prospects and establish professional relationships to understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
- Participate in business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments to support the business strategy.
- Identify bid opportunities, prepare bid responses, and negotiate with potential customers.
- Develop new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
- Support the management team representative on prospective target accounts or territories.
- Develop personal long-term customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
- Attend trade shows to increase visibility and potentially influence prospects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Advanced knowledge obtained through a university degree combined with experience.
- Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
- A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.
- English intermediate is mandatory for the position.
