About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Business Development Representative to join our team in Italy. This role involves working closely with sales representatives to understand sales and administrative processes, responding to customer concerns, and performing activities related to contractual exchanges of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with sales representatives to understand sales and administrative processes.
  • Respond to customer concerns and problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform activities and processes related to contractual exchanges of products and services with customer organizations.
Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who possess theoretical knowledge obtained through a university degree and have at least 2-3 years of prior relevant experience in back-office settings. Knowledge of the Carrier organization is limited, but candidates should have a strong understanding of sales processes.
