About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Performance Development Manager to join our team at Nestlé Nespresso SA. As a key member of our B2C Commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving sales performance across channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business analysis and project management strategies to drive sales growth and improve commercial performance.
  • Manage and deliver multi-channel projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to implement commercial initiatives and drive business results.
  • Manage third-party providers to ensure compliance with brand standards and drive service improvements.
  • Lead business results through tactical decisions, budget management, and cross-department collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business analysis and project management.
  • Good knowledge of forecasting models to ensure accurate predictive analysis and planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Business Requirements

>3 years of experience in business performance management and project management

Proven experience in business analysis and experience to bring conclusions to actionable plans

Strong experience in Partnership Management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good understanding of ecommerce and retail logics

Fluent Italian and English

Experience in retail will be a plus
