About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Business Partner, working closely with the HR Leader and business stakeholders to drive coordination and implementation of HR processes, including capability and workforce planning, talent development, performance management, engagement, and other processes as applicable.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive coordination and implementation of HR processes, including capability and workforce planning, talent development, performance management, engagement, and other processes as applicable.
- Work with both operational and strategic tasks with focus on culture, people, and organization.
- Facilitate and support on employee relations topics to ensure a positive climate.
- Understand business needs and provide support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes.
- Proactively connect with business stakeholders and business strategies, supporting with relevant and timely interventions to continuously improve and enhance performance and engagement.
- Provide coaching and support to management around key people management activities (e.g., performance management, employee relations, talent management, learning and development, hiring and recruitment, etc.).
Your Background
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Your Experience
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within the power and energy industry, or another international company with a complex matrix organization.
Experience leading projects and implementing new procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
Leadership experience and a team player.
Fluent in English.
