Business Development Specialist

To drive profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline and program management, and customer enablement and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with the Business Unit and/or General sales floor to run desk training, tool training, and drive product mind share.
- Support development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth.
- Own the building of an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company's CRM system (Compass).
- Provide weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline.
- Support execution of business plans as required by the business development manager.
- Support execution of marketing plans as required by the Marketing Manager.
- Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly.
- Escalate customer care issues from the sales floor.
- Provide direction for the development and maintenance of web tools such as InTouch, Licensing Online (LOL), and vendor micro-sites and online tools.
- Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams.
- Run call out days on the sales floor and/or the Business Unit sales teams.
- Promote and sell TD SYNNEX's e-business services through the sales floor and/or Business Unit sales teams.

- Degree in a business related subject is desirable / an advantage
