Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented professional to develop and grow service business for a Technical Operations' Component Maintenance Services organization as a Business Development Manager. This role will focus on the application, sales and development of our component maintenance business on target markets.
Key responsibilities include managing accounts, business sustainment and developmental opportunities, as well as strategic business focus to ensure growth of the service portfolio.
In this role, you will analyze our ability to achieve business goals and how services and operations need to change in order to improve the company's success on the markets.
- Implementation of business strategies
- Proposal management for key proposal activities
- Management of sales and business development activities
- Optimization of product portfolio
- Analysis and calculation of business cases
- Marketing analysis to guide business strategy refinement
- Improvement of profitability and customer satisfaction
- Study of new innovations to enhance efficiency and scale company activities
We expect you to have the ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with business objectives, excellent presentation skills, proven capabilities in facilitating change, planning and organizing, customer focus and building successful teams.
A drive for innovation, data and technology intelligence and best practices for continuous optimization is also required.
Proven experience in technical sales, contracting and continuous development, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office software, are essential.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or business and a minimum of 5 years direct technical sales experience are required.
