Business Development Representative

As a key member of our Client Sales Development team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and building strategic relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to penetrate the Italian market, leveraging your expertise in sales development and account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and delivering value-driven solutions that align with our corporate wellness platform.
- Collaborate closely with our Account Management team to develop and execute a solid opportunity validation plan, ensuring strategic alignment and maximum ROI.
What You'll Need:
- Aptitude and drive to expand knowledge and skills in sales development, with a proven track record of success in mid-market and enterprise sales.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
- Fluent Italian and English language skills, with a strong understanding of the Italian market and corporate culture.
