We are seeking an exceptional Technical Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team.

Job Description

As our Technical Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for comprehensive employee lifecycle management, actively contributing to HR policy development, and continuous improvement of business processes.

You will manage the entire recruitment process from candidate selection to onboarding and collaborate with R&D teams to understand recruitment and training needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment process, including candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to identify recruitment and training needs.
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in employer branding activities to attract top technical talent.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a background in STEM disciplines and an interest in HR.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and preferably a master's degree in Human Resources or significant HR experience.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and skills, ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and performance.

In addition to a permanent contract, we provide opportunities to attend international industry conferences and trade shows.
