**Job Description:**
As a Senior Property Insurance Specialist at Michael Page International Italia S.r.l., you will play a key role in supporting the development of the annual business plan for the portfolio and ensuring its delivery.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in an international insurance network in a Property underwriting role, with deep knowledge of the local market in the property segment.
A strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and fluency in written and spoken English are essential requirements for this position.
**Responsibilities:*
- Support the development of the annual business plan for the portfolio and ensure its delivery.
- Ensure the team's awareness of the business plan and its context to make informed decisions.
- Apply the Reinsurance Strategy to safeguard the portfolio.
- Contribute to and participate in all meetings to share and develop strategy, knowledge.
**Salary and Benefits:** The estimated salary for this position is €90,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
