Medpace, a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO), is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to join our team in Italy, specifically in our Milan office. As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and providing accountability for day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the operational aspects of clinical trials, including project timelines, risk assessment, and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of protocols, therapeutic areas, and indications to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Lead and manage site quality, including direct supervision of project Clinical Research Associates and monitoring deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health or life science-related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of Clinical Trial Management experience, with CRO experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of Project Manager/Clinical Trial Manager experience at a CRO required for a remote-based role.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
