About the Role

As a Location Manager at Roadsurfer, you will be responsible for the independent leadership and establishment of our locations, collaborating closely with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site. This includes process optimization, collaboration with international teams, team leadership, recruitment, and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas
  • Maintain constant communication with international teams to ensure ongoing improvements
  • Motivate and lead your on-site team, including onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control
  • Recruit and build your team, seeking the right talent for your location
  • Oversee the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales, including documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners
  • Advise customers on our products and services, sending them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar
  • Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous
  • High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor
  • Hands-on and effective communicator
  • Resilient problem solver and highly organized
  • Excellent English language skills and fluency in the language of the country you applied for
  • Driver's license Class B
