TeiaCare harnesses Artificial Intelligence to enhance the long-term care industry, empowering care facilities to optimize their operations. Our mission is to bolster the capabilities of caregivers and administrators, refining their daily tasks and establishing a modern care paradigm for every resident. Our clientele consists of Residential Care Facilities and Nursing Homes, both in Italy and internationally, to whom we provide solutions that enhance their competitiveness and sustainability.

We are in search of a talented Fullstack Developer to become a part of our enthusiastic and agile team. The ideal candidate is dependable and adaptable, thriving in a compact team environment; they should possess critical thinking skills and creativity to devise innovative solutions when challenges arise.

In this position, you will collaborate with our Product Team, contributing your inventive problem-solving abilities within a fast-paced and multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include developing our microservices cloud architecture and enhancing our frontend applications, primarily utilizing your expertise in C#/Angular.

You will coordinate with fellow team members to ensure that our on-premises and cloud-based services consistently align with our design principles and client feedback.

We anticipate that you will possess profound technical expertise that enables you to take ownership of our web-based services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for our Services and Applications: you are adept at delivering and maintaining a rapidly evolving codebase.
  • Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code that complies with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to craft the optimal experience for our users.
  • Engage in our Agile workflow: we hold one meeting every two weeks, but maintain daily communication.
  • Interact with in-house services related to Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Data Science, and DevOps.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in C#/JavaScript/HTML. Familiarity with .NET and associated technologies for backend services is essential. You should be skilled in at least one pertinent front-end framework (Angular, Vue, React, ...).
  • Understanding of Rest API and Web API to support our business intelligence.
  • SQL and NoSql databases should be within your expertise.
  • Our services operate within Docker. You will appreciate our Design/Code/Test/Deploy cycle.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and deploy on Windows and Linux. We value cross-platform solutions.
  • We extensively utilize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, continually striving to automate the complex.
  • Git and Agile software development methodologies are integral to our operations.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Italian and a good command of English.
