For over years, Move Intermodal has been a leading provider of intermodal logistics solutions. Through our network and partnership approach, we serve our customers across Europe in an efficient and sustainable manner. Our dedicated employees in 8 countries, and 2,000 load units, own trucks, and company trains per week, as well as priority access to the European rail shuttle network, enable us to successfully organize over 1,000 movements per day all over Europe.

For our office in IT-Novara, we are searching for a Logistics Coordinator (1.0 FTE).
Function
You will support the Italian operations team as a dynamic Operations Specialist.
You will follow up, in a proactive way, the transports.
Your internal communication with colleagues from trucking and train planning is important.
You ensure a perfect communication with drivers and customers.
You are responsible for the administrative handling of the transport.
You create the planning of the next day.
You will report to the Operations Manager.
Profile
You are ambitious and looking for a job with challenge and impact.
You have strong communication skills, logical reasoning skills, and are strongly analytical.
Professional experience in a similar position is an added value.
You have a very good knowledge of Italian and English in word and writing.
You have a proactive attitude and search operational solutions for the customer.
You are looking for a large dose of responsibility, get a kick out of that daily stress that planning involves, and proactively solve problems is a matter of course for you.
You have a strong geographical knowledge.
You have good experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
