About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Industry Delivery Lead to oversee projects within the Industrial industry. This role requires a proven experience in leading projects in the Industrial area and a deep understanding of industries, processes, and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the industry, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Industry Clients.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication of project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders (internal and external), including senior management, clients, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to secure necessary resources for projects execution.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management as appropriate.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
  • Promote and implement best practices and Avanade methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or a related role, within the Industrial area.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale system integration projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
