Job Title: Internal Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Internal Sales Advisor to join our team in Torino. As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support for all their inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Monitor customer challenges and develop solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Administer client information, documentation, and complaints in relevant systems to maintain accurate and complete customer insights.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong customer-centric thinking and acting skills.
  • Solution-driven and persistent approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Fluent Italian and good conversational English skills.
