About the Role

As a Train Performance Manager at Alstom, you will be responsible for leading the technical development and validation of train systems throughout the development cycle and lifecycle of projects. This role requires a strong understanding of customer and regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to ensure that train performances meet these expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Lead the train system development and validation, including operational analysis, system definition and architecture, performances, and functions.
  • Requirements Management: Ensure the conversion of customer and regulatory requirements into train level requirements and specifications.
  • Functional Analysis: Lead the functional analysis and verify that specifications and architectures at train and system levels satisfy input requirements.
  • Problem Resolution: Lead the technical open issues resolution in line with project strategy, from investigation to modification implementation and problem closure.
Key Competencies
  • Master's Degree in Engineering: Completed with relevant experience.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Products and Systems: More than 5 years in Railways engineering.
  • Business English Fluency: Strong communication skills.
  • Customer Orientation: Ability to understand customer needs and expectations.
  • Technical Management: Strong skills in technical management and problem-solving.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead a project team and foster communication between multiple stakeholders.
