About the Role

As a Train Performance Manager, you'll lead the technical development and validation of our train systems. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure our trains meet their expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the technical development and validation of train systems
  • Ensuring train performances meet customer and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and expectations
  • Developing and implementing technical solutions to improve train performance

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in railway engineering. You'll have a Master's degree in engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in the rail industry. Your expertise will include:

  • Extensive knowledge of railway systems and technologies
  • Strong technical management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
