Job Title: Train Performance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Train Performance Manager to lead the technical development and validation of our train systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our trains meet customer and regulatory requirements, and for leading the train system development and validation process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the train system development and validation process, ensuring that our trains meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement performance optimization strategies to improve train reliability and reduce lifecycle costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that train performance and functionality meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support train performance and functionality.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in railway systems engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of railway systems, including train performance, reliability, and lifecycle costs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
