## Key Responsibilities

As a Strategy Media Lead at Starcom, you will be responsible for championing the wider strategy frame, designing integrated plans across diverse channels, and teaming up with Client Partners to deliver portfolio success.

### Key Tasks

* Champion the wider strategy frame: tools, insight, platform, execution, measurement
* Design integrated plans across diverse channels, taking creative innovation to new heights
* Team up with Client Partners to deliver portfolio success
* Tackle New Business pitches with inventive, game-changing mindset
* Influence agency culture by seamlessly fusing media, data, and creative excellence
* Empower junior team members as a mentor, guiding their growth and success

## Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 7-12 years of experience in the media/advertising industry, both on local and global clients. You will also need to be a business-savvy individual with a keen focus on driving results and success, an exceptional communicator with outstanding teamwork skills, passionate about culture, trends, and motivations in consumer behavior, and a strategic thinker with a knack for innovative and creative problem-solving.
