About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Milan. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies that align with our business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a culture of continuous learning, growth, and development that fosters a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and drive business results
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop solutions
- Manage and facilitate onboarding programs for new employees
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to deliver specialized training and development programs
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial capacity
- Experience in adult education or a similar environment
- Experience in service environment, preferably luxury
- Experience managing in diverse cultures
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Coaching, influencing, and project planning skills

Schedule & Hours:
