Descrizione del Ruolo:

CBA I Consulting & Recruitment sta cercando un Corporate Product Line Manager per la sua squadra di professionisti senior nel settore delle pitture per l'edilizia. Questo ruolo è ideale per un professionista con esperienza nel marketing o nella gestione commerciale e che desidera lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e internazionale.

Compiti e Responsabilità:

  • Proporre strategie di sviluppo e commercializzazione della linea di prodotti Finiture, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale;
  • Sovraintendere all'intero ciclo di vita della linea di prodotti, in collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte;
  • Collaborare con la Direzione aziendale per definire gli obiettivi strategici e commerciali della linea di prodotti;
  • Monitorare le vendite dell'Italia e delle consociate estere e fornire supporto in caso di scostamento dal target stabilito;
  • Organizzare e monitorare il lancio dei nuovi prodotti, definendo le modalità di introduzione sul mercato e collaborando con Corporate Operational Marketing e Communication;

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza nel ruolo maturata in realtà strutturate ed a respiro internazionale nel settore pitture per l'edilizia, all'interno della funzione Marketing o Commerciale ed in posizioni manageriali;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di mercati italiani ed esteri (sviluppo commerciale, gestione marginalità ...);
  • Conoscenza dei prodotti e del mercato italiano ed internazionale delle pitture per l'edilizia;
  • Abitudine a dialogare con interlocutori sia tecnici (R&D) sia commerciali;
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte su territorio nazionale e internazionale.
