We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trek Travel Host to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and hosting our Self-Guided trips in Tuscany and the Prosecco region.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare bikes and equipment for guests prior to trip start
- Conduct safety talks and bike demos for guests
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests throughout their trip
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for guests, including GPS tracks and RWGPS experience
- Manage trip logistics and ensure smooth execution of trip plans
- Knowledge of bike mechanics and ability to perform basic repairs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear driving record and proficiency in driving a standard transmission with a trailer
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
Hosts are paid on the first and last day of each trip, as well as for each prepped bike. In the event of an emergency, hosts may be paid an hourly rate for time spent assisting guests.
